Support Staff

Support Staff keep the lab and plant running: housekeeping, material handling, and facility upkeep across our research and manufacturing sites. In a working laboratory this is safety-critical work, not background work.

What you'll do

• Handle daily housekeeping and material movement across the R&D lab and manufacturing plant
• Support equipment upkeep and keep the facility ready for the next campaign
• Follow site safety and operating procedures exactly, including waste segregation and chemical handling rules
• Raise anything that looks wrong, since the person closest to the bench usually notices first

What we're looking for

• Prior lab or industrial facility experience preferred
• Ability to follow safety and operating procedures
• Reliable and detail-oriented
