Project Engineer

The Project Engineer sits between lab-scale research and scale-up execution, taking routes that work in a flask and making them work in a reactor. You will coordinate equipment, safety, and timelines for pilot demonstrations at our Chikhali and Kurkumbh sites.

What you'll do

• Own pilot-scale campaigns on our glass-lined reactors, hydrogenation reactor, and associated separation and drying equipment
• Translate bench routes into scale-appropriate procedures, accounting for heat transfer, mixing, and addition rates
• Coordinate directly with clients on scale-up timelines, deliverables, and what the campaign is expected to prove
• Own the process-safety and EHS checkpoints for every pilot run, including hazard review before unfamiliar chemistry goes up in scale

What we're looking for

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• Experience with pilot-scale reactors and process safety
• Strong project coordination skills
